Troy Trajano

Troy Trajano is a founder and Managing Director of Filo Heartbeat International. As Registered Provider he is the lead across all aspects of the company.

Qualified with a Masters in Pharmacy and a BSc in Nursing, Troy has an extensive understanding of healthcare, recruitment, customer service and experience in business.

He has over 25 years of experience in international business spanning retail, transport & logistics, and import/export. In his home country of the Philippines, he built a pharmaceutical business, distributing to the hospitals and pharmacies and serving commercial, government and international markets.

On moving to Northern Ireland, Troy worked as a Care Assistant, gaining first hand experience in nursing homes, before establishing Filo Heartbeat International Limited with his wife, Rowena.

Also a trained pilot, Troy achieved 2700 flying hours in the Philippines and when spare time allows, he enjoys flying and playing golf.

Rowena Trajano

Rowena is the Registered Nurse Manager/Operations Director of Filo Heartbeat International Limited. As a registered nurse, she has almost 15 years of experience working in adult general nursing, frail, dementia, learning disability, brain injury and care of elderly.
Rowena has been International Recruitment Manager of Filo Heartbeat since 2015 and she is an OSCE (Objectives Structured Clinical Examination) trainer for overseas nurses.
As Operations Director, Rowena sets high standards for all staff members, creating an environment of exemplary patient-focused care. Her ethos is in ensuring the delivery of optimum, holistic, quality care to meet each patient or resident’s individual identified needs.

Arthur is the Quality Assurance manager of Filoheartbeat International Limited. He has worked in nursing, frail, dementia, learning disability, and care of elderly since 2004 in private sector and Royal Victoria Hospital worked in Neuro theatre. With excellent nursing and leadership skills.

Qualified as a registered Nurse since 2000 with vast experienced in senior management role and compliance management team. Dedicated, passionate and caring which is constantly reflected in his work, a man with a heart, highly motivated with positive realistic supportive attitude.

She graduated from Leicester University with a BA in Banking and Finance. Erin joined Filo Heartbeat in 2019, bringing with her valuable experience gained in one of the world’s leading staff agencies, Adecco Group, in Malaysia.

Michael Prejula

Michael is the Human Resource Manager of Filo Heartbeat International Limited.
After graduating with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Michael worked in key administrative and audit roles in the cruise industry in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

After 8 years of working in the hospitality industry he migrated to the UK to join his wife, who is a nurse.
Michael’s role is allocating nurse and care assistants to meet staff recruitment needs for all clients, matching the skills and profile of individual staff members to meet the needs of each setting. He oversees training records, HR administration and employment legislative requirements for all staff placements.

Sheree Quinn

Sheree qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2010 and she worked in management roles in the care home sector for five years.

Having completed Train the Trainer education, Sheree moved into staff training and is now responsible for keeping all staff training up to date, including first aid and basic life support, moving and handling and safeguarding in various settings.
